 Refunds are permitted before shipping labels are created and tracking is submitted to the customer. After tracking has been given to customer refunds or returns are not accepted. If your package arrives damaged from shipping, you must leave it sealed and send us an email through support with photos of the damage and a return label will be issued for the return. You must send us an email within 72 hours after delivery to open a damaged return investigation. Once we receive the package and verify mailing service is at fault for damages a full refund will be issued. If the package has been opened before we receive it, then no refund will be given. Every box is video recorded at packing to verify contents and conditions to better serve the customer. Once you purchase a mystery box you agree to all terms described above.
